Iranian child, Parsa, was tortured by his drug-addicted mother and the burnt child was taken to Fayaz hospital in Tehran, Iran. While the child was shocked after burning, because of the efforts of hospital staffs, his heart is still beating but he is now brain-dead.
Recently Iranian news agencies have started being more active in reporting child abuse cases in Iran.
